I am a healthcare professional with over six years of clinical experience in sonography and radiography. Working directly with patients has developed my understanding of healthcare environments, patient communication, documentation, confidentiality, and the importance of accurate and timely administrative support.

I am now expanding my healthcare career into Medical Virtual Assistance, combining my clinical background with specialized training in healthcare administration and virtual support.

Through my Medical Virtual Assistant training with ATA Academy and my ongoing internship, I have developed practical exposure to patient intake and registration, appointment scheduling, EHR workflows, telehealth coordination, insurance verification, prior authorization processes, medical billing concepts, and healthcare administrative operations.

I am organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable learning new systems and workflows. My goal is to provide dependable administrative support that allows healthcare providers and their teams to focus more on delivering quality patient care.
